[The position]

With due recognition of the Novo Nordisk vision, values and policies and in accordance with Novo Nordisk¡®s strategies and business objectives; holding the responsibility for applying, following and getting the approval of prices of all NN products according to relevant legislations/regulations and NN SOPs and assisting in preparing the reimbursement dossiers.

-Provide the health economic dossiers required to obtain price approvals of new drugs

-Support NHI reimbursement guideline extension of current drugs with expertise

-Collaboration with Global MAPA and HEOR team

-Management of a local agency to adapt a HEOR model for new products and core products

-Gov¡¯t affairs related with cost-benefit issues of NNPK¡¯s products

-New pipeline P/R assessment


Within the general strategy and principles and in compliance with company interests, legal and ethical rules;

-Screens and monitors reference country price developments regularly

-Prepares and submit price applications to HIRA

-Provides the legal documentations from HQ for official price applications.

-Prepares the price exemption cases and submits for the internal approval

-Monitors all reimbursement related developments in the market

-Checks, updates and circulates internally the discount list of Social Security Institution including both for NN products and generics.

-Makes necessary price analyses through the reference pricing system

-Assists the line manager the preparation of reports/analysis/presentations on pricing and reimbursement related topics when requested (e.g. reimbursement dossiers as well as the documents relating to value argumentation)


Creating and Value Communication/HE

-Reflect clear understanding of scientific implications for patient access to core products by collaborating closely with key functions (CMR, Marketing, Sales) to create value dossier.

-Communicate HE developments and publications with IO/RJK to leverage local business opportunities.

-Communication and management of HEOR agencies for identified NNPK¡¯s P/R strategies

-Participate and represent NN in any HE/HTA platforms.

-Supervise study budget spending.

-Ensure adherence to Business Ethics and Compliance requirements

[Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý]

-A bachelor or higher degree in pharmacy, economics, public health, statistics or HEOR, or equivalent training as a health provider.

-Previous experience of at least 3 years in academia, pharmaceutical industry or HIRA working with the field of HEOR or market access

-Qualified to analyse HIRA¡¯s HEOR criteria and the regulations related with Market access

-Good proficiency of English (speaking and writing), Performance oriented mindset and negotiation skills are required

-Focus on ethics, compliance, and confidentiality
