Responsibilities • Work closely with clinical sales team to gather market information and to execute marketing strategies • Develop a marketing plan that outlines objectives, strategies & tactics that grow procedures • Support Clinical & Area sales teams to design & execute marketing events to grow procedures • Coordinate Professional Education Programs and work with Customer Training to develop Advanced Courses and Passport Programs • Work with Marketing Communication Team in development of sales materials and in planning of booth activities • Train others on surgical approaches & marketing tools that support product surgery • Work with Key Opinion Leaders on new surgical approaches and clinical evidences that support the adoption of product surgery • Collaborate with Clinical Applications Manager to develop new procedures and surgical techniques
Requirements
• Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent required, a degree in business administration preferred • Proven ability to develop and implement a marketing strategy and tactics • At least 5 years of sales & marketing experience in healthcare industry required • Product management experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company preferred • Demonstrated success in leading a short-term project • Able to manage multiple tasks • Strong presentation skill required • Clinical knowledge in surgical field preferred • Interpersonal skills to work across functions • Fluent verbal and written English required • Computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to travel 30% (including international)
