Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth of rare disease product.
Collaborate with a partner for Korean market success aligned with global strategy
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
Develop new customers and manage KOL relationships(new and existing)
Manage diverse teams(marketing, sales,medical affairs etc.)

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with KOLs
In-depth understanding of medical project or activity
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong English skill for transparent communication with a partner
Medical, Pharmaceutical or biology related educational background is preferred.
