• Provide outstanding customer support including phone and email requests from customers and distributors• Processing sales orders via SAP, verify conditions of purchase orders• Processing RMA and delivery complaints into CRM• Follow up on sales order and complaint issues• Daily monitor open sales orders and return• Coordinate product deliveries and installations.• Maintain customer data in SAP and CRM• Provide ad hoc reporting as needed• Projects as assigned and general administrative functions• Ensure continuous process improvement• Any other duties as assigned
ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç
- 2+ years of professional experience (Prefer experience in customer service) - Knowledge of the MS office programs, CRM and ERP (SAP and Salesforce.com is a plus) - Good written and oral English proficiency - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
