Job Summary
Veeva is looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to drive sales for our cloud-based Vault R&D(Clinical, Quality and Regulatory) Suite in lifescience industry. Vault R&D Suite is a pure-cloud solution that brings together clinical, quality and regulatory management and document controlinto a single application. As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for educating the customer during the sales cycle, including creatingand delivering tailored software demonstrations and architecture presentations.
Responsibilities
- Educate prospects and customers across primarily Korea, as well as the wider Asia/Pacific region, on Veeva Vault R&D, and theCloud/SaaS model for software
- Understand customer needs and develop high-quality presentations, proposals and software demonstrations that speak to these needs
- Work with the sales team to build, manage and maintain key customer and prospect relationships
- Provide customer feedback to the product management and engineering teams to capture new customer requirements or suggestions
- Be responsible for the ¡®technical win¡¯ by providing functionally complete and relevant demonstrations of the Veeva R&D suite of applications
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience working with R&D(Clinical, Regulatory and Quality) software solutions
- Demonstrated experience configuring and presenting software demonstrations
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling software demonstrations
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to create high-quality presentations and proposals
- Strong Enterprise Architecture and Integration consulting skills
- Experience in small, agile sales teams and must enjoy the ¡®start up challenge¡¯.
- Excellent demonstrable strong oral and written English communication skills
- A passion for solving people¡¯s business problems
- Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting demonstrating software
- Prior experience with regulated content management systems such as Veeva Vault, QUMAS, MasterControl, TrackWise, OpenText,SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, etc.
- Prior experience with CTMS, eTMF and eCTD solutions
- A reasonable understanding of the pharmaceutical & life sciences industry in general.
- SaaS/Cloud application experience
