Main Tasks & responsibilities
Strategic and managerial responsibility for Medical Advisors of Company.
Responsible for the timely and competent handling of all scientific/medical related to company's products in accordance with global/KFDA Guidelines/Directives, local law and company¡¯s standards Responsible for the high quality and timely conduct of local and international company sponsored clinical trials and non-interventional studies within Korea in accordance with global/KFDA Guidelines/Directives, local law and company¡¯s standards
Guarantee scientific accuracy and adherence to ethical and industry standards regading medical information/promotion for products marketed by company, in accordance with the local Law and company¡¯s SOP¡¯s in close cooperation with Regulatory Affairs
Communication link between local Marketing & Sales Departments, Coperate R&D and
Regional/Global Meidcal Affairs
Support of HQ as well as local Business Development in lnlicensing activities in order to fill the product gap and the pipeline
Leverage of strong leadership culture in order to develop and bind highly qualified employees to the company and to offer stimuli for reaching ambitious objectives
Contributes to the business success by a professional and competent representation of the medical work within company, to the Headquarters and towards external customers
Additional Tasks & Responsibilities
Ability to participate in medical discussions within trade press and specialist environments
Evaluate medical benefits, prescription potential and positioning of new pharmaceutical products
Hold the superior responsibility to safeguard the commitments company have towards company corporation
Responsible for local Medical SOP system
Medical training of company employees
The ability to attract clinical studies to Korea
Be company's superior medical responsible towards the Korean medical society, specialist environment and the public. Stand up with integrity and credibility, in writing as well as orally
Ability to discuss with the authorities medical indications, side effect problems and prescription linitations
