The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the development and management of relationship and sales outcome with designated key customers & accounts treating haemophilia patients to accelerate sales and market share of RBD franchise. This role requires in depth knowledge of all commercialized products and services in Haemophilia market to shape desired products positioning and high level of customer management skills to manage their needs, issues, strategies and priorities solutions to deliver RBD franchise value to our customers
Identify key customers including the decision making and influencing network (within and those impacting on the Account and medical society).
Manage and cultivate customer relationships, identify strategic initiatives and opportunities, and employ account management skills to accelerate business growth and return on investment for target accounts treating hemophilia patients
Build an effective relationships with key customers, administrative and decision making roles within a prioritized account
Develop a comprehensive Key Account business plan for each Key Account focused on customized management strategies for accelerated growth
Partner with key stakeholders working in the target accounts through a strategic and consultative approach to better understand their needs, issues, strategies and priorities, to deliver RBD franchise solutions
Execute national marketing campaigns and field strategies to drive accelerated sales in target key accounts
Responsible for target sales achievement, Communicate and lead all aspects of the selling cycle for selected Key Accounts both internally and externally.
Demonstrates Business Acumen
Proactively gather insights from customers and understand the impact of changing market dynamics. Connect insights gathered from different customers to anticipate business opportunities / threats across markets.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all available key account customer data by utilizing available reports and applying insights in key account planning
Acquire and integrate disease & medical knowledge as well as main competitors
Culture & Values
Proactively engage leadership to drive innovation and new approaches that help exceed business objectives.
Ensure effective and compliant utilization of promotional materials.
Complies with all Corporate Policies and Procedures, while conducting all job-related activities with integrity and adherence to Sanofi Genzyme's high standards of business conduct
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Strong scientific detailing and communication skills in Korean
A minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience & knowledge:
A minimum of 5 years of previous pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of performance and meeting organizational goals.
Product launch experience preferred
Strong medical/scientific background in Rare, Hematology is a plus
Ability to manage issues and solve problems
Highly goal oriented & growth mindset
Strong interpersonal skill & negotiation skill
Strong competency to cooperate transversally
Persuasive communication and influencing skills
