Job Description Summary
-Drive key marketing programs and activities for BD Specimen collection devices including tube, needle, ABG & wingset etc. in Pre-analytical market. -Make synergy together in BD PAS organization and distributors to meet annual revenue, profitability budget as well as expand the market with new growth drivers by capturing market intelligence.
· Job Description
o Develop marketing plans to produce maximum sales, growth and profitability and identify business opportunities with business experience.
o Lead key marketing activities required for BD PAS and coordinate distributors for achieving goals successfully.
o Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals.
o Effective distributor management by sales tracking.
o Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
o Coordinate business work process across BD PAS and also shared functions such as SCM, F&A, etc.
o Minimum 40% field work is required for account management.
o BSc in Life Science or Medical ( Medical Technician or Nurse preferred)
o More than 3 years working experience in Lab medicine in hospitals or sales/marketing experience in companies which are dealing with diagnostic products with aggressive and proactive manner
o Good command of English (speaking & writing) & computer-based programs
