JOB PURPOSE/PRIORITIES :
-Lead Key account by ensuring achievement of sales target both top and bottom line
-Develop channel & customer marketing and sales plan and execute them.
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT :
Direct report to Retail channel sales manager.
-Develop and implement channel & Key Account strategically business plan to achieve Key Account Objectives : sales target, market share, distribution, gross margin etc.
-Lead risk management with customer in unplanned situation
-Develop and implement account specific promotion plan together with TM and marketing to lead the category and to ensure a competitive advantage.
-Develop and implement a key account information system ; POS data analysis, market and competitor information, etc.
-Develop and execute annual customer business plan& annual contract.
-Build-up strong relationship with customers.
-Take overall launch project responsibilities for all phases of the project
-Manage trade stock through sell-in&sell-out management
-Overall FCST management
Language skills : Intermediate verbal&written communication skill in english
Education : University graduate or more, economics or business (preferred)
Experience & knowledge:
-Over 7 years KAM experience for FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industry in global company.
-In-depth knowledge or modern trade and multi-channel experience preferred
-Strong business leadership and negotiation skill
-Strong customer relationship building and alignment skills.
-Mid or high level of MS office skills.
-Strong communication skill with internal&external stakeholders
-Knowledge of FMCG sales, distribution and marketing.
-Analytical, strategic planning skill
-Manage channel P&L according to budget
