Summary of Position:¡¤ Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate import, export, and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents.¡¤ Prepare customs declarations and arrange inbound delivery to designated locations without any delay and communicate with stakeholders in timely manner to receive goods in a good condition.¡¤ Manage and control inbound costs and do the needful activities for following paymentResponsibilities:• Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries & share inbound schedule with internal customers regularly• Support internal and custom audit• Documentation and reporting of inbound performance and in-land costs on a monthly basis• Verify inbound issues with root causes and lead CAPA to avoid reoccurrence• Review custom agency¡¯s performance and delivery expectation clearly• Encourage customer compliance with optimal utilization.• Meet or exceed performance indicators, as defined by management.• Pass ongoing product and knowledge tests within departmental guidelines• Analysis actual data and trend and suggest insightful way to improve regarding inbound processes
Requirements:
Education• 4 years university degreeExperience• More than 2 years of logistics experience in healthcare industry preferred.• Experience in SAP, high proficiency in Excel with emphasis on large data sample management and analytics.Specific knowledge /skills• High level of accuracy and efficiency. Detail Oriented.• Proficient in standard logistics software• Negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills• Good command of spoken and written English
