Major Accountabilities :
- Developing programs to build best-in-class employees, including improving sales-force effectiveness.
- Identifying competency gaps as related to business needs
- Establishing a competency development plan
- Develop field force competency through training and coaching
- Evaluate or monitor effectiveness of training/ developmental programs
- Customize any internal or external programs to the business needs
Qualification :
- Min 3 years in Sales Training and Development area within Pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in written & spoken English to communicate with Global team
- Communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills to training
