[Job purpose/priorities]
The sales manager is responsible for building and leading new Respiratory Immunology sales team organization at launch stage, and identifying/developing key accounts for the fast initial growth of Dupixent.
He/She provides strategic business direction and ensures implementation of marketing activities with alignment between company and sales team.
[Organization context]
This position reports to head of Immunology Franchise, and receive report from MRs in Immunology sales team.
[Key accountability]
•Identify, develop and grow key accounts for successful launch of Dupixent in Adult and Adolescent Asthma.
•Building new Immunology sales team by hiring, developing, coaching, evaluating MRs and fostering the winning culture.
•Strategize, manage and execute sales plans and customer management plans of Immunology.
•Achieve country sales targets and manage expenses with allocated budget.
•Provide strategic business direction and ensure implementation of marketing activities by aligning Franchise goals
•Manage customer needs and develop customer partnership.
•Plan and execute Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).
•Build a winning, science focused, customer centric culture
•Ensure compliance with all company policies
[Requirements]
•Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent in Science or/and Business
Respiratory experience especially Asthma Mandatory
•Experience & Knowledge
- More than 7 years¡¯ experience in pharmaceutical business
- Minimum 2 years¡¯ experience in people management and team development
- Respiratory experience especially Asthma essential
- New product launch experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience on selling model, sales training, customer management, coaching, S&T (Segmentation & Targeting), SFE KPIs.
