[Purpose]
To ensure Sanofi Aventis Korea Multi-channel (Digital Channel) engagement ¡°Go-to market¡± strategy development with Business Units to accelerate digital customer engagement in digital era and to optimize company presence and business efficiency
[Key Responsibilities]
- Develop integrated multi channel (mainly digital) marketing strategy and implementation plan via global digital platforms
-Collaborate with business units to enhance customer (Health care professional) experience in digital touchpoints
-Develop digital customer engagement program and collect customer behaviour data (e.g. Engagement channels, web traffic, CRM data, Engagement quality data), conduct analysis and turn them into actionable insight by utilizing analytical tools to develop mid and long term strategy including CH ROI analysis
-Develop and manage customer engagement & channels performance dashboard in country digital performance dashboard
-Cultivating digital channel programs and analytic-based strategy development is main task rather than digital media buying and management
[Qualification]
Language skill
Strong written and verbal communications both in Korean and English.
Education
A minimum of bachelor¡¯s degree in Business, Information /Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent
Experience & Knowledge
-Minimum 5 years in strategic digital marketing or brand marketing in major companies with analytical work scope
-Digital Marketing strategy development experience including web service development and program management
-Understanding and interest in Customer Profile gathering/ Data Management / Insight Development flow
-Demonstrated ability to develop insight based on analytics to produce tangible business results
-Digital Marketing execution fundamentals in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is plus
Core competencies /skills
-Good interpersonal and persuasive communication skills both written and verbal
-Strong analytical and organizational skills with strategic thinking abilities
-Practical experience in analytical and statistic tool utilization (e.g : R / SPSS / Google Analytics / Adobe / Oracle / Olap tool)
-Basic knowledge and understanding of Pharma business is plus
-Good MS office skill (Excellence in excel) plus
