Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales strategy and plans with BUM& encourage subordinates to implement the plans
- Responsible for meeting sales volume & profit target.
- Analyse sales data (Monthly, quarterly and annual sales etc.) and share with subordinates.
- Allocate team budget to maximize sales performance
- Define issues and opportunities through dual calls & build high understanding level of the industry trend.
- Responsible for manage dealers by monitoring dealers’ performance regularly, phase in and phase out of dealers according to performance,
- Regularly contact and close relationship with key dealers nationwide
People management & development
- Train subordinates to strengthen their strenths and develop their development area.
- Communicate often with subordinates to set up their objectives and assist their career goals.
- Assures the team to comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
- Ensure that team to complies with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards
- Report Adverse Event or Product Quality Complaint to DPOC after receipt of customer/distributor report
