Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
Key Responsibilities
Build a strong relationship/partnership with key account customers and related stakeholders and strengthen selling approach to achieve business objectives by providing our product¡¯s value
1. Penetration of Company Animal Health products on key account customers
ü Focus on penetration of Company Animal Health products to be used in the right place
ü Collaboration with TSRs to penetrate of our products on key account customers
2. Communication with Key account customers and related stakeholders
ü Delivery our key messages to key account customers and related stakeholders
ü Strengthen relationship/partnership with key stakeholders such as farm owners, consultants and vets etc.
ü Maintain contact with key account customers to follow up after using our products
3. Business planning
ü Establish key account business plan and collaboration plan with TSRs
4. Participation and support on company-wide projects
ü Support RA during registration processing new product¡¯s field trial
ü Participation company-wide project & activities with relevant internal stakeholders
5. Participation on scientific training and industry meeting
ü Active participation in scientific-training and industry meetings (internally or externally)
ü Delivery the meeting and training¡¯s messages to BU
