To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Account Manager (a.k.a., Sales Representative).
You will be part of Laboratory Solutions Sales (LSS) team of the Agilent Technologies Korea Ltd. In this role you will proactively manage accounts and focus on selling the Chromatography and Spectroscopy instrument portfolio into a territory in the capital area of South Korea. You will be selling Agilent¡¯s advanced chromatography and spectroscopy solutions, proactively develop customers and successfully implement and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quota targets within the territory.
As a critical member of the sales team, you will focus on maintaining existing customers and acquire new customers thus increasing Agilent Technologies customer base and market share within the assigned territory.
Your responsibilities:

Achieve all sales targets around quota
•
Responsible for developing customer relationships and maintaining their satisfaction
•
Provide prompt response to all customer requests
•
Supporting and developing customer relationship and customer satisfaction
•
Identifying market trends and customer needs and implement according solutions in order to generate new business
•
Must be able to proactively drive the sales cycle and forecast sales accurately in a 30-60-90 days sales window
•
Work with Product Specialists/Application Engineers to close sales opportunities
•
Conduct basic product demos and reviews with customers
•
Thoroughly qualify leads, identify correct solution and coordinate appropriate resources
•
Proactively and independently prospect for new customers and new opportunities
•
Work collaboratively with all our Agilent product and service representatives as a One Agilent team
•
Set sales strategy and business plan for territory
•
Provide rigor around CRM updates, expense reporting and other required business reporting.
•
Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, able to handle complex leads independently
•
Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives

•Familiarity with Chromatography and Spectroscopy industry and equipment required (technique, application, software, Hardware for LC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, AAS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV-Vis and FTIR).
•Experience in analytical instrument sales in Food industries and/or Government market will be a plus.
•Solid market knowledge specific to the Capital area of South Korea (i.e., Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi) is highly preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills in Korean (Good communication/interpersonal/presentation skills in English will be a plus)
