1. Function
- Territory Manager is responsible for achieving the Sales Budget and Sales Objectives through the implementing an effective Sales Process, Planning and Sales tool. The mission of the Territory Manager will be to manage strategically and effectively the sales territory and ensure the achievement of the goals set for his team through the leadership and development of the sales force.
2. Missions
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Conduct systematic performance reviews with distribution channels and enforce revenue goals set in the beginning of every fiscal year
- Guide, support and manage distributors to achieve their sales goal
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and budget for own territory
- Assure the proper use of CRM and the quality of information
- Tender Shaping & Tender Management
- Liaise with the rest of the department to ensure Customer Satisfaction and ensure brand consistency
3. Skills
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or above in healthcare, or life science or a related field
- Years of experience: over 5 years in IVD market in the area
- Language: Korean, additional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred
- Knowledge:
