[Job description]1. Visit Doctors in order to inform on products according to the marketing strategy, and build up and maintain a relationship with them. Assist to scientific congresses which are implemented by the company.
2. Classification of doctors according to the segmentation and targeting criteria. Proposal of new doctors to add to CRM, changes or removals. Track the prescription habits of the doctor, check and ensure his/her consideration of our products, make his/her positive experiences to influence other doctors
3. Inform an accurate, updated company's strategy about our products: use of marketing material, clarification of doubts and concerns of doctors about the products, handling objections, advantages compared to competitor. Ensure that other departments complete this information to the doctor if necessary.
4. Obtain information from the market about the doctors' concerns on our products, and test our own marketing strategy and materials. Obtain information about possible public tenders, competitors and cost saving, and transmit these information.
5. Conduct activities(including call activities and product presentation) that helps to promote our products always in compliance with ethics standards and ensuring the Return on Investment.
6. Report daily activity and the next action plan on time. Report the reports required by the company
