Perform instrument installations and training end-users clients and provide Technical information to clients.j. Review and Monitor after technical service activities (CRM) k. Maintain proper dept. technical and quality documentation and data management (SOPs, Records)l. Operate in a manner that creates a high degree of customer satisfaction, a favourable company image and brand. m.
