[Job Description]
• Report to Legal/ Compliance Counsel• Provide regular compliance training internally to employees and if required externally to suppliers/wholesalers/consultants/agency; • Keep close communication with field forces in order to detect need for new / further compliance training and feedback to Legal/ Compliance Counsel for required training plan adjustments; • Do on-site monitoring / spot-checks of promotional programs;• Visit and touch field forces at different level on a regular basis to test the healthiness of the compliance culture and implementation of the compliance policies and feedback to Legal/ Compliance Counsel for further making recommendations/ policies; • Provide advice and consultation for new promotion models and business and feedback to Legal/ Compliance Counsel for establishing guidelines for new approved practices;• Detect and report compliance issues to Legal/ Compliance Counsel for determination of corrective actions to be taken;• Review all agreements which may directly or indirectly result in payments to Healthcare Professionals;• Review all template based agreements which may directly or indirectly result in payments to Healthcare Professionals in order to see & check the deviated parts therefrom; • Coordinate related compliance projects/investigations; • Assist Legal/ Compliance Counsel to ensure compliance issues raised in internal audit are expeditiously treated and effective controls implemented;• Attend to any other compliance work related assignment, which may be given by Legal/ Compliance Counsel.• Manage and administer the compliance related data as given by Legal/ Compliance Counsel• Other administrative, compliance related works
