BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
- Respond to customer queries
- Train users and internal staff on the product
- Customer support for product installation
- Sales support including product presentation
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via visit or phone, email
- - Communication with head office for products
- - Analyze and report product issues and customer¡¯s complaints
- - Participate application training in the head office
- - Communicate and explain the official letter to the customer
- - Conduct user training and small lab seminar
- - Create and revise the product user¡¯s manual
- - Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- - Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- - Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Scientific affairs)
- - Prepare accurate and timely reports
- - Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- - Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolve
- - Maintain good customer relationships
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
- - Internal contacts for this position include Service, IT, Marketing and Sales team.
Customers may include hospitals, laboratories, institutes, and universities
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: At least College degree in Clinical pathology, Biology or relevant degree
LANGUAGE: Average English skills in speaking, reading and writing
COMPUTER: Good computer skill on Words, PowerPoint and Excel
EXPERIENCE: 0~ 3yrs exp. in Diagnostic industry or Hospital laboratory
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
- - Understanding of diagnostics industry
- - Responsibility for one¡¯s work
- - Communication skills with customer and colleague
- - Multi-tasking abilities
- - Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- - Patience when handling tough cases
- - Experience as an Application Specialist or Medical Laboratory Technologist
