1. ±Ù¹«È¸»ç ¹× ¸ðÁýºÎ¹® : ±Û·Î¹ú Á¦¾àȸ»ç Á¶Á÷°³¹ß Àü¹®°¡
1) Job Purpose:
To lead strategic part of OD function of the Company to ensure recognized and valued Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Recognition and Reward, contributing to the sustainable development of people and organizational capabilities.
2) Principal Tasks:
i) Direction of Organizational Development
-To review and diagnose organization, team and individual from OD perspective; analyze the critical issues, identify causes and propose solutions for areas to improve
-To set strategic direction for short/mid/long term perspective aligning with company¡¯s vision, business objectives and OD direction
-To propose appropriate OD solutions and initiatives delivering good impact on the organization, team and individual level. To set KPI to measure progress and success of plan
ii) Execution of OD initiatives
-To drive execution of OD initiatives and programs in an effective way
-To monitor, validate and update the plans to ensure the progress
-To lead and influence teams to achieve the expected outcome and also gain required collaboration from others with mindset of customer focus
-To identify the risks and causes in case of no or low progress made and see ways to accelerate them
iii) Training and development
-To design a strategy, roadmap, infrastructure and process for the development of all groups in the Company
-To identify the training and development needs and provide with required solutions
-To organize/facilitate programs, evaluate training effectiveness and sustain the learning to maximize ROI
2. Áö¿ø ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç :
Bachelor degree in all discipline
Master in Business, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines are preferred
Fluent written and spoken English
Minimum 10 year of OD experience or mix of OD and general HR experience
HR and/or OD consulting experience preferred
