Job Summary
Responsible for designing and providing trainings to internal as well as external customers to contribute to the highly competitive organization.
Key Job Responsibilities
¡¤ Develop and manage clients by analyzing client¡¯s need and requirements
¡¤ Identify training needs and develop training programs to meet the needs of clients
¡¤ Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions, and perform presentation
¡¤ Deliver appropriate training programs in accordance with legislation and current industry best practice
¡¤ Develop training materials, manuals or documentation
¡¤ Analyze and evaluate the effect of training on training in a group and devising
Key Job Requirements
¡¤ Bachelor¡¯s Degree
¡¤ More than 5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience
¡¤ Preferred more than 3 years of trainer experience
¡¤ Good planning, presentation, time and project management skills
¡¤ Effective training and presentation skills
¡¤ Passion and confidence for work
¡¤ Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
