Responsibilities :
- Responsible for product launching planning &Implementation
- Develop market access strategy with relatedfunctions
- KOL development
- Marketing / Sales KPI set up & report ( weekly /monthly )
- Marketing program execution
- Marketing budget / Spending management
- Target Opinion leader management / fieldexecution monitoring - 5 days of customer visit per month
Qualifications :
- 3~4 years of Marketing experience : Preferred.
- Onco or Hemato, rare disease sales or marketing experience : preferred
- Strong in marketing program implementation &Hematology customer engagement
- Fluency in English : Preferred
