- Collect and analyze both external and internal situation
- Short/long term planning, strategy development, operation planning of PD products
- Refine existing marketing strategy and guide marketing team
- Manage the budget/resource to optimize the business
- Implementation control and management
- Ensure all marketing programs are aligned with compliance guideline, product strategy and internal policy
- Monitor and track implementation progress
- Internal/External customer management
- Lead Key Opinion Leader development program
- PD related issue management
- Report to PD Marketing Manager, Marketing Director
- Co-work with AP marketing team

- 2 ~ 5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing experience is required (multinational company)
- Strategic focus
- High level of communication skills. (English & Korean)
- Result orientation (ability to deliver on time and within budget)
- Project Management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs)
- Creative and innovative approaches in problem solving
- Pharmacists / Nurses are preferred
