[Essential Responsibilities]
The primary responsibility of Fast Track Leader role is to provide multifunctional leadership and strategic direction in a global group that oversees the global biopharma industry and provides application support in the form of process development, consulting and/or training to the industry and academia. The position is in a highly dynamic group and provides many opportunities for individual career development.
[Duties include (but are not limited to)]
-Establishing the Fast trak team in Korea for APAC region
-Work on getting the right facility and requirements in place according to the requirements of APAC region
-Establishing the vision and strategic plan for Fast Trak
-Establish sales targets and develop plans, together with the regional Commercial team, to secure annual PD project and Training sales.
-Working closely with other Fast Trak Leaders to support Education and Process Development activities.
-Support Global Fast Trak project team development and team operations, as needed, to enable Fast Trak to provide optimal offerings to Fast Trak customers
-Working with close collaboration with global and regional marketing teams to market Fast Trak and GE Healthcare Life Sciences products. Within these ensure high quality application notes/posters/publications. Defining and leading appropriate market segmentation and positioning strategies for Fast Trak. Provide insight to Marketing regarding regional market trends and needs.
-Present the business case for partnerships with potential to enhance Fast Trak¡¯s offering, market reach, or customer access
-Drive the Fast Trak team to suggest, develop and present new ways to use existing and new GE products to meet customer/industry challenges
-Assume the role of Fast Trak Ambassador for the region as needed to support sales, enhance visibility, and establish industry network.
