Job Requirements
- Bachelor¡¯s degree
- 5-8 years experience in cosmetics or consumer goods marketing/PR, particularly in Korean markets
- Beauty, cosmetics industry experience is essential
- eCommerce experience in a start-up environment would be advantageous but essential is the ability to show evidence of working in a fast paced and demanding workplace
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of industry
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing digital environment
Financial Scope
Responsible for administrative tracking of the brand budget. Oversee sales & launch tracking to understand evolving brand & market dynamics.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conduct competitive analyses and reporting on key market trends
2. Play an integral role in the development of seasonal/yearly marketing plans for brand
3. Develop and improve digital marketing/PR strategy and proactively implement activity
4. Aide in the development of training materials on the line, and all new product launches
5. Interact effectively with other departments and manufacturing company to manage the product(cosmeceutical) development process
6 Assist in development of all presentations for senior management meetings
