[Responsibilities]

1. Provide comprehensive, approved customer training on the equipment portfolio, including Refractive suite, Catalys, Phaco & Ocular Surface equipment.

2. Support commercial colleagues to establish application superiority of the products for pre-sales clinical application customer discussions.

3. Provide application optimization of individual surgeon¡¯s settings for surgery for all equipment, follow up with sites to assess needs and develop solutions for the customers.

4. Interact with Sales, Marketing and Field Service teams, serving as subject matter expert regarding application and equipment issues.

5. Provide 1st line application support for all equipment users.

6. Submit training records and clinical trip reports to Regional ASM on monthly basis

7. Assist in special projects and congresses

8. Manage and submit expenses, product complaints and feedback, field reporting and daily activities

9. Attend annual clinical audit sessions to stay certified as ASM

[Requirements]

- Bachelor¡¯s degrees or above

- 5+ years¡¯ of professional experience as equipment sales

- Majored in biomedical engineering is preferred

- Clear communication skills and strong project management skills

- Proactive, positive & innovative mindset, GRIT mindset and team spirit

- Knowledge about Business and financial acumen

- Advanced level of English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
