Our Family of Companies throughout the world competes in consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical devices and diagnostics markets and have the skills and resources to tackle the world's most pressing health issues. 1. 포지션: MAF Medical Event Excellence Specialist 2. 계열사: 한국얀센 (Janssen)  3. 근무지: 서울시 용산구 4. 근무 형태: Fixed-term  [Summary]  - Identify & develop Janssen Korea’s CME/Medical Education/Ad Board strategy and for assigned therapeutic areas in alignment with the respective MAF strategy - Take a role as data steward to ensure the data quality [Responsibilities]  1. Janssen Medical Initiated Medical Events (ME,ABMs) Supporting/managing (60%):  - Ensure alignment of Medical Education/Ad Board across TAs, to continue enhancing and optimizing the Medical Education/Ad Board capability locally and support the capabilities - Lead the development & ongoing execution of the Medical Education/ Ad Board plans, engaging all internal stakeholders, agency partners, and faculty members as appropriate - Logistics vendor communication /review of estimate and final payment/ Reconciliation for payment and review of annual Expenditure report in supporting HCC - Monitoring of quality of vendor service and adequacy of estimate of the vendor - Ensure that whole process is conducted under the guidelines and regulations in a timely manner   - Prepare MAF / Company audit for ME/ABM - Proactively network with across the J&J organization and across regions to draw on and share knowledge and best practice2. Janssen Medical initiated Continuous Medical Events(CMEs) (10%): - Coordinate the Educational Grant management / Cross Border Activity process - Lead the Grant activity for international congress & other Academic Events - Lead overall KRPIA communication - Grant for academic grant: Announcement, contract, payment3.
