Experience in the delivery of Laboratory Implementation Management Systems (LIMS), <br>ELN, SDMS SDMS and instrument integration would be an advantage.<br><br><br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br> -Initialize and coordinate the projects to deliver agreed scope of works to customer expectation including quality <br>and on-time delivery.<br> -Maintain accurate complete project files for all information pertaining to a customer</span><span style="line-height: 200%; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 14.0pt;">’<span lang="EN-US">s project.<br> -Evaluate project results against stated objectives and determine corrective actions. Maintain a corrective action process <br>wherever project deliverables at risk either or may get off track.<br> -Prepare consistent project summary information and documentation for customers and Service Manager on project <br>deliverables including schedules, time-lines and critical issues.<br> -Be innovative, effective and responsive in improving the quality of project execution within Thermo Fisher Scientific.<br> -Implement technical solutions; primarily LIMS, ELN, SDMS, instrument and system integration into laboratories<br> -Submit all vendor documentation (performance test data, statutory and regulatory information, etc) as required by the <br>project scope on-time to prevent non-payment of invoices.<br> -Participate in new project assessments, ensuring that the outcomes can be met with competing existing projects.<br> -Deliver first level technical support to existing customer and work with the APAC Support organization to log and manage call resolution.<br> -Ensure revenue recognition is in line with management</span>’<span lang="EN-US">s revenue expectations and forecasts.<br> -Collaborate and assist with implementing strategies which will grow the Korean customers in knowledge, experience and professionalism.<br> -Represent the APAC Project Management function internally within Digital Science in cross functional discussions <br>with other departments.<br> -Set an example as a leader and drive to maximize team morale<br> -Time to market is critical.
