font-size: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 16.0pt;">Key Responsibilities:</span></b><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 200%; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 14.0pt;"><br> - Performing high quality TEM product demonstrations, the development of new techniques and applications<br> - Deliver TEM application training and customer support<br> - Cultivate positive customer relationships and act as key technical interface for customer<br> - Manage technical applications at customer sites and Korea Nanoport Customer Innovation Ce<br> - Understand and solve customer challenges through development of automated solutions<br> - Develop BKM (Best Known Method) and production-ready recipes on Thermo Fisher tools<br> - Provide continuous feedback to the product groups on customer requests, tool performance, and potential issues <br>in order to influence product and market development<br> - Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and collaborate with factory teams to resolve issues<br> - Ensure customer acceptance of new tools<br> - Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customers and Thermo Fisher internal groups<br><br></span><b><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 200%;
