JOB PURPOSE:
Sanofi Pasteur strategic roadmap aims at ensuring sustainable performance on the mature portfolio while investing to boost innovation and accelerate product launches ensuring continuous growth for SP in Korea.
Leveraging the acceleration of digitalization of interaction in the vaccine ecosystem due to COVID-19 pandemic, it is essential to consolidate the digital experience for our customers,. So, we look forward to the role of accelerating the implementation of the digital-based way of working with employees by building a digital business model that will create incremental value of our customers and increase operational performance.
This position will lead the digital transformation journey of Sanofi Pasteur Korea, boosting the emergence of new practices within our teams and within our business environment, and develop a sustainable multichannel engagement MCE strategy to support Sanofi Pasteur leading ambition in Korea.
ORGANIZATION CONTEXT:
Pivotal role in the organization with large span of interaction:
- Entire product portfolio, interacting with all Franchises
- Acting on all sales channels: direct and indirect sales, incl. alliances
- Interacting with CoE: BO&S, ITS
- Reports to sanofi Pasteur head of operation excellence
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and improve SPK digital & multichannel ecosystem:
- Coordinate the activation of Sanofi digital standards
- Deployment of OneCRM project and ecommerce website with right level of training for internal stakeholders
- Participation to the development of our HCP portal based on customers¡¯ needs and relevant information to be shared on SP vaccines and environment
- Monitor emergence of new capabilities and lead pilot to assess value for SPK
Establish a holistic digital and multichannel strategy for company and execute under the regulations
- Develop a comprehensive digital journey / Define a clear consumer strategy and execute it based on the relevant channels to use
- Leading a customized digital channel strategy that considers the customer's profile.
- Ensure the right balance in digital interaction in the environment (timely and channel balance / Regulation of band width of customers)
- Consolidate the digital strategy grounded on franchise planning
- Acts as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance with company regulations when used digital channels.
- Promote integration of existing portal sites targeting lay public and cooperate with franchise leaders to organize and manage the optimal integrated site.
- Set clear trackers of business performances across channels and ROI metrics
- Competitive intelligence in order to better position SPK vs our competitors
Maximizing the digital channel usage considering better business performance:
- Ensure efficiency by monitoring to measure added value.
- Drives focus and prioritization on digital transformation through establishing strategic planning and governance principles and processes
- Plan and execution for MCE activities optimization program to lead better sales performance by setting clear KPIs and define the proper customer engagement journey for each type of customer (HCPs and consumers)
- Work closely with marketing and sales team in order to coordinate contents based on customer expectations (email, digital visual aid, SMS, etc.,)
- Measure the business impact of our Go-To Market strategy on SPK turnover and define the decisions to make based on this impact 1) Review and analyze sales results and purchase pattern by the MCE activities to drive data-driven optimization in the promotion and digital performance. 2) Lead digitalization of existing promotion considering cost effectiveness as part of smart spending.
- Build the strategy to increase the frequency of usage for SMS link payment service to minimize the time spending for money collection
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
[Education]
Bachelor degree or above
[Experience & knowledge]
-More than 9 years' experience in healthcare industry preferred (mainly in Vaccine)
-Comprehensive understanding of the digital eco-system and how mobile, social, search and e-commerce channels work together to optimize acquisition and sales.
-Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
-Deep understanding and knowledge on customer engagement in pharma market (marketing and sales strategy and tactics deployment, customer relationship management, segmentation and targeting, territory management)
-Experience on project management
-Knowledge of business principles, ethical standards and pharmaceutical business environment
