The primary function of the TSS is to provide technical consulting and troubleshooting for the customer enabling them to identify the best Pharma Analytics solutions to meet their needs. In this role, the TSS will work with a cross functional team to support the needs of our customers. The TSS will work independently and in collaboration with the commercial team to bring these solutions to our customers. The TSS will support customers with Pharma Analytics activities related to rapid molecular methods, residual DNA applications and environmental monitoring and microbial identification by sanger sequencing.
