[Role & Responsibilities]
1. Strategic Planning
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to enhance formulation and implementation of agile business strategies
- Provide meaningful business analytics and insights for strategic decision makings.
2. FFE (Field Force Effectiveness)
- Develop segmentation & targeting for optimal FFE by account and customer level
- Provide FFE/productivity KPI on a regular basis with relevant departments and monitor the progress
- Drive the improvement of FFE by identifying improvement opportunities based on various data analyses
(e.g. right customer, right frequency, and right message)
- Provide optimal FF structure/size through various simulation & data analysis
3. CRM
- Operate CRM system and manage all data in CRM system
- Drive the full utilization of CRM platform by users and make it playing a key role for strategic and business decision
- Communicate for system enhancement with relevant functions and global/regional counterparts
4. Sales target, performance evaluation, and incentive scheme
- Assign sales territory/target divided clearly & fairly to each sales rep by reviewing target factors
- Accurately evaluate in a timely manner with performance tracking systems and develop evaluation tools
- Motivate sales team by providing competitive sales incentive scheme and monitor the progress
