Major Responsibilities ¡¤ Responsible for providing outstanding customer service in a prompt and efficient manner, ¡¤ Servicing of Histology and Pathology Imaging systems such as slide scanner and cytogenetic hardware platforms and software, ¡¤ Servicing of Core Histology & Advance Staining systems such as Tissue Processor, Microtone, Embedding system and Bond Systems in hardware and software platforms, ¡¤ Acquire extensive and sound product knowledge in order to provide support to our customers in a timely and effective manner, ¡¤ Internal service training and study conferences for field service engineers in the team, ¡¤ Technical support for field service engineers in the team and check and adjust the quality of the work of a junior engineer, ¡¤ Provide customer support & training to both new and existing customers via on-site or webinar, ¡¤ Represent Leica Biosystems in a professional manner while building relationships with installed base customers, ¡¤ Communicate feedback on service process improvement and establish service processes with service manager, ¡¤ Identify potential business development opportunities with existing customers and refer leads to sales team, ¡¤ Responsible for performing tasks in a compliant manner in line with the requirements of the quality management system, ¡¤ Track open customer issues and keep customers posted on the status update, and ¡¤ Liaise closely with IT team members and relevant internal & external parties on resolving technical solutions. Required Education, Experience, Skills ¡¤ Degree in Bio-medical engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Computer engineering or other related specialties, ¡¤ Less than 3 year¡¯s experience in Clinical diagnostic product supports, ¡¤ Good command of written and spoken English ¡¤ Strong interpersonal skill and analytical skills and is able to communicate well, ¡¤ Highly motivated, resourceful, meticulous and able to work independently, ¡¤ Team player with an active attitude towards improving work efficiency.
