Position Summary:LMO Compliance Specialist ´Â Thermo Fisher ScientificÀÇ Á¦Ç°À» ±âÁØ ±Ù°Å·Î LMO (Living Modified Organism, À¯ÀüÀÚ º¯Çü »ý¹°Ã¼) ¿©ºÎ¸¦ ÆÇÁ¤ÇÏ°í, °ü·Ã ±ÔÁ¤°ú ÁöħÀ» ¹ÙÅÁÀ¸·Î °ü·Ã ºÎ¼¿¡ Training ¹× Guidance Á¦½ÃÇÏ°í °ü¸®ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.Key Responsibilities:Established and improved successful process from the ground upIdentifying potential areas of risky compliance issues and developing guidelines to reduce risk factors.- LMO Institutional Inspection (MSIT) - Selected as an outstanding company for LMO management (17¡¯, 19¡¯)- Respond to Provide scientific queries from internal & external stakeholders- Collect and communicate scientific insights with Technical Support Team- Lead the communication and organize an internal training for CX Team and SCM Team- Develop and implement SOP for LMO Compliance, Safety guideline such as spill manual- Perform monthly internal audit for LMO order, Importing, labeling, issue cases and access risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance- Establish and maintain professional relationships with government officials (MSIT)- Responsible for LMO external inspection (MSIT) by coordinating and preparing information requirements- Support LMO post-reporting- Review every product before importing in order to identify LMO Item> LMO List update, write a Summary of LMO for Test and Research, check BSL (Biosafety Level)-Enacted and managed LMO Process (importing, labeling, releasing) on a basis of Korea LMO ACT-Responsible for managing LMO Ledger and review it marks with legally required descriptions-Perform and conduct process development, distribution of internal regulatory updatesQualifications:- 1+ years of work experience in compliance or relevant experience of LMO (Living Modified Organism) is preferred- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology/Genetic Engineering/Bioscience or related field (°ü·Ã ºÐ¾ß ¼®»ç Á¹¾÷»ý ½ÅÀÔ °¡´É)- Business level of English skill (Reading & Writing)- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
