Role Description
In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to increase customer satisfaction through regular visits, (ultimately resulting in sales increase). In addition, you will support events and conferences and actively communicate with distributors to maintain good partnership that will be led to sales increase
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE
- Visit Key surgeons on a regular basis to advertise our products.
- Monitor KOLs regularly.
- Provide training on products to distributors
- Share information on new and existing products to distributors
- Analyse distributor's sales status regularly and support their needs
- Train nurses on product use and storage
- Advertise products to surgeons who use competitor products
- Activity on customer requests and product advertising
- Expose and advertise new products, receive feedback and resolve customer complaints
- Cadaver workshop, Office model workshop, Mobile model workshop to maintain and develop relationship with customers
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
¡¤ Bachelor¡¯s degree
¡¤ 1+ years of related experience.
¡¤ Team player, Good communicator, Interpersonal, Customer-oriented, Fast learner
- Language Skills: English communication capability is preferred
- Good computer skill (Microsoft, Presentation, Video making etc)
