Role Description
In this exciting position, you will maximize product sales through various methods to promote and sale company products effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE
- KOL Needs: Customer Segment, regular Key Opinion Leader(surgeon) monitoring
- Market Research: Research and report situations in competitor information such as new product trends and activities etc.
- Sales forecast & analysis: Forecast new launched product sales / Analyse sales by different segments (product, area, company etc)
- Workshop: Create and set up an environment for customers to have hands-on experience with our products
- HCPs training: Train HCPs on product use and storage, activity on customer requests and product advertisements
- Sales reps training: Train new hired staffs on a regular basis or upon request on products & sales strategy
- Meetings and presentations regarding products specifications
- Create PPT, brochures, videos etc. upon needs to appeal our products to customers
- Introduce products and quality of products through academic conferences, seminars, and workshops
- Visit customers to demonstrate products and provide opportunities to have hands-on experience with products
- Evaluate and analyse cause of customer complaints regarding products and report on each issue
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor¡¯s degree
- 3+ years of related experience (Sales & Marketing in OS procedures)
- Team player, Good communicator, Interpersonal, Customer-oriented, Fast learner, Analytical skills, Presentation skills
- Language Skills: Proficient written and verbal English-
- Good computer skill (Microsoft, Presentation, Video making etc)
