Sanofi Vaccines strategic roadmap aims at ensuring sustainable performance on the mature portfolio while investing to boost innovation and accelerate product launches ensuring continuous growth in Korea. Leveraging the acceleration of digitalization of interaction in the vaccine ecosystem, it is essential to consolidate the omnichannel experience for our customers. So, we look forward to accelerating the implementation of the omnichannel-based way of working with employees by building a business model that will create incremental value of our customers and increase operational performance. This position will lead the omnichannel transformation journey of Sanofi Vaccines Korea, boosting the emergence of new practices within our teams and within our business environment, and develop a sustainable omnichannel customer engagement strategy to support Sanofi Vaccines’ ambition in Korea.
Report to Customer Engagement Lead
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence and BOS teams
Develop and improve omnichannel ecosystem:
Deploy new omnichannel platforms including E-commerce and provide support for new channel launches including Telesales in establishing new ways of working
Act as an ambassador for company wide digital platforms and dashboards including OneCRM, OneCI, Sanofi Campus, etc.
Lead omnichannel pilot project to assess current capabilities and identify required assets
Establish a holistic omnichannel engagement strategy for company and execute under the regulations:
Develop a comprehensive omnichannel journey to provide optimal experience for customers
Leading a customized omnichannel channel strategy that considers the customer's profile
Consolidate the digital strategy grounded on franchise planning
Acts as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance with company regulations
Identify customer needs of HCPs and lay public to promote portal sites in collaboration with franchise
Maximize business performance with analytics:
Assess performance against KPIs to monitor the success of campaigns and ensure timely reporting of KPIs
Ensure efficiency of operation by assessing business impact/ROI through various metrics
Drives focus and prioritization on digital transformation through establishing strategic planning and governance principles and processes
Plan and execute omnichannel activities optimization program to lead better sales performance by setting clear KPIs and define the proper customer engagement journey for each type of customer (HCPs and lay public)
Work closely with marketing and sales team to coordinate contents based on customer expectations (RTE, CLM, remote detailing, phone, SMS, etc.)
Measure the business impact of Go-To Market strategy on Vaccines BU
Review and analyze sales results and purchase pattern by omnichannel activities to drive data-driven optimization in the promotion and digital performance.
Lead digitalization of existing promotion considering cost effectiveness as part of smart spending.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Working level proficiency both in Korean and English
University of college graduated
Digital marketing background preferred
Experience & knowledge
At least 5 years in Pharmaceutical Business
Excellence in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of marketing, business principles and pharma business environment
• Ability to communicate and disseminate information effectively
• Good interpersonal relationship for cross-functional engagement
• Strong collaborative ability and dedication to team accomplishment
