Position Title: MI Associate
Requirements:
- Major in Pharmacy
- Master¡¯s degree preferred
- Experience in Medical Information over 2 years
Summary of Job Descriptions:
- Provides an accurate, consistent, timely, and balanced written and/or oral response to medical information inquiries from internal and external customers (Healthcare Professionals, consumers, etc.)
l Checks the accuracy of verbal and written responses of other MI staff and relevant documentation, and proposes the quality improvement for effective and efficient services
l Prepares verbal or written response according to all relevant SOPs and IGs
l Manages local references for Medical Information Services
l Updates the MI training materials as needed under the direction of (Senior) MI Manager.
l Manages MI system
l Prepares, analyzes, and presents the MI periodic report with current issues and trends of inquiries.
l Plans, selects, and maintains systems to process and track medical information requests.
l Supports and collaborates with Business Units for related work.
- Reviews the promotional materials based on various relevant laws, guidelines, and code of conducts.
l Participates in medical review committee or national Sales meetings to update current Marketing strategies and plans and influences on the decision of strategy.
l Reviews and approves promotional materials according to all relevant SOPs and IGs
l Prepares claim letter and fights back to competitor¡¯s illegal promotion.
l Coordinates Committee of Scientific Ingelligence (CSI)
- Local Assignments
l Coaches and trains the new MI staff in On the Job Training (OJT).
l Performs Medico-Marketing activity under the supervision of (Senior) MI manager.
l Participates in corporate TFT.
l Communicates with external customers (KOL & KFDA etc.) under the supervision of (Senior) MI Manager.
l Play an active role as external committee member (i.g. KPMIS).
l Assists (Senior) MI Manager in coordinating and formulating Medical Information Services.
