[Summary]- Responsible for the development and implementation of communication and public affairs strategies that drive the business objectives of the Janssen business and our brands.- Build external and internal stakeholder trust and advocacy across the Janssen business through the development of a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan.- Development and deliver patient engagement strategies that will set the strategic direction for our patient engagement initiatives, maintain key strategic partnerships and ensure the operational effectiveness and compliance of our patient centered programs. - Enhance the reputation of Janssen through the development of though leadership programs and help to raise the profile and visibility of the Janssen Nth Asia Area Managing Director and other senior leaders.- Protect the reputation of Janssen and the J&J enterprise through effective issues management
[Responsibilities]1) Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns and programs that :- Enhance the reputation of the Janssen brand in the Korean and Nth Asia market and demonstrate the company’s long-term commitment to the Korea, Taiwan and HK markets,- Demonstrate Janssen’s purpose through the promotion of programs and initiatives, including those relating to diversity and inclusion, corporate responsibility and sustainability.2) Develop impactful executive visibility and profiling campaigns, with the aim of providing Janssen Korea with a ‘seat at the table’ on issues relating to medicines policy3) Partner with HR and other Janssen business units to develop and implement high quality internal communication programs that enhance employee engagement across Janssen Korea4) Lead the development of a patient engagement strategy.5)Ensure alignment with Business Unit strategies and initiatives through close collaboration with key stakeholders and understanding of priorities, opportunities and challenges.6) Maintain external stakeholder trust through effective management of issues, including:- Managing product issues and other situations that may impact stakeholder trust and company reputation
[Requirements]- Preferred minimum education: Bachelor’s degree- Preferred related industry experience: At least twelve years of experience in communication or related field, preferably in a company, NGO, government agency or public relations agency- At least twelve years of experience in communication or related field, preferably in a company, NGO, government agency or public relations agency,- Demonstrated experience in the successful development and execution of integrated communications campaigns that cascade multiple channels, platforms and audiences- Demonstrated experience in delivering communication campaigns that shape the broader policy discussion and public debate about access to medicines- Experience dealing with national and local lay, professional/trade and social media and a well-developed understanding of the media landscape.
