Job Description As a product manager, you are responsible for establishing key strategies and result-driving action plans for generic portfolio of Pharmascience Korea to capture market opportunity and drive profitable growth in target market. Contribute to build up potential pipeline for the future opportunity by identifying and evaluating market potential and new market opportunity.
Key Accountabilities
⚫ Development of strategic marketing plan for assigned generic products in CNS, Rare disease and Oncology etc. through insightful market analysis and strategy
⚫ Roll out result-driving POA in right time and in right target segment, as a result achieve expected sales goals and profitable growth by efficiently managing allocated marketing expense.
⚫ Track KPIs of sales team and actively collaborate for sales growth, KOL management for new account development in General hospital market
⚫ Contribute to SCM through accurate demand forecasting and inventory management
⚫ Manage business relationship with key stake holders such as business partners and wholesales
⚫ Support business development process for the future pipeline through market analysis, searching potential molecules and developing business case accordingly. Qualification
⚫ Bachelor¡¯s degree in a business or marketing discipline.
⚫ Established level of analytical skills and strategic planning demonstrated through plenty of experience in pharmaceutical marketing over multiple years - Marketing career in Pharmaceutical industry is essential - Carrier in CNS or Oncology area is preferred but not necessary
⚫ Result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
⚫ Available in written and verbal English communication skills
