Position SummaryTo be successful as a Customer Service Manager, you should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared and responsive, while remaining calm under challenging requests and high-pressure situations.You should also be comfortable with computers and SAP, and excel at both verbal and written communication in English and Korean.
Key Accountabilities
• Customer handling:
o Handle a wide variety of requests from customers (received via e-mail or phone call): delivery schedules, expiry dates, terms of payment, etc.
• Invoicing:
o Handling back orders, blocked orders, lot reservation, etc.
o Delivery notes issuance
o Price lists and customer offers maintenance
o Local tax invoice issuance for applicable customers
o Credit notes issuance and accruals
o Rental fees invoicing
• Internal support:
o Handle internal requests from our sales and marketing departments: scraps, returns, credit notes, compensations¡¦
o Customers and materials registration in the system
o Account receivables aging reports
o Customer satisfaction report
o Relevant contracts filing and support in their preparation
o Support on sales VAT reconciliation
• Collections handling:
o Handle customers collections
o Send month-end receivables reminders
Skill
• Proficiency in SAP ERP use
• Proficiency in English
• Previous experience of at least 4 years in customer service roles
• Ability to deal with conflict and maintain calm in tense situations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to execute and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professional maturity and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite
