POSITION HOLDER IS ACCOUNABLE FOR:
* Working on Ambition to Action Strategy and executing the details for designated territoriesCompetence
* Development to adopt changing business needs - With a special focus on ¡®Digitizing all we do¡¯ to competently serve our customers in a lean way and drive growth.
* Effectively and efficiently work with RSM to leverage between inside and outside sales approach.
* Development of both KOR002 and KOR006 market with allied new dealers as well as the distributor, DGNBEffectively and efficiently managing territories to execute our A2A plan for sustainable growth both in KOR002 and KOR006 market
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual educational and technical service sales revenue target as well as equipment sales target
* Achieve quarterly key activities to align with Laerdal the strategy Forecast monthly and quarterly sales thru opportunity management
* Manage selling price by discipline with discounting, no charges and general pricing to maximize net incomeMaintain operation expense at or below budget
* Effectively collaborate with internal and external resources for maximum resultsFocus on annual key initiatives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and execute sales call plan to maximize service and simulator sales opportunities
* Estimate monthly order intake within territories thru report submission requested by RSMAnalyze and present monthly sales reporting of revenue results, performance metrics and opportunity funnel, to provide accurate forecasting in monthly sales meeting.
* Based on analysis, create mitigation and contingency plans to reach revenue goalsCreate new opportunities and move them through the sales stages to successful close
* Upload daily call report into Salesforce CRM program to effectively manage your businessPrepare and submit monthly expense report through Concur for approval and paymentDevelop and maintain competencies in key areas
