Works with assigned clinical research project teams to assist in reaching the desired project goals.Duties and Responsibilities 1.Responsible for the background administration and preparation for trial set up, monitoring, tracking and close out2.Maintaining of project files and documentation in an orderly manner according to the relevant SOPs and WPDs3.Coordinating travel, where relevant4.Assisting in the organisation of investigator, project team and client meetings5.Providing general administrative support for project team members, and ensuring that project related administrative tasks are carried out in a timely manner6.May assist in preparation of Regulatory and Ethics Committee packages7.Ensure efficient communication of messages and professional telephone interaction with investigators and clients8.Maintain study status tracking forms, trial supplies dispatch and receipt records, investigator payment records, etc9.Maintain tracking databases eg. RTMS10.Other ad hoc tasks associated with clinical trials and office administration as required
Qualifications: Good general education, preferbly Diploma qualifiedSkills and knowledge: Computer and typing skills: (Microsoft Office)Self motivated, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks effectivelyGood English language and grammar skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team1 year general administration experience, having clinical administration experience will be ideal.
