RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Effectively manage the product to achieve maximum sales & margin
• Perform forecasting, tracking and budgeting
• Develops view on Brand issues and competitive positioning, customer segments and their needs, and market development
• Develop & write Brand/commercial strategies with specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with Brand planning process and Brand Team direction
• Expand the product market through innovative commercial programmes, opinion leader development, physician and patient education
• Translate strategy to implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members and in-field team
(e.g. product messaging by physician segment)
• Monitor Key Performance Indicator results and feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new opportunities and ways to better meet customer needs
• Develop KOL management/Key account management
• Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) at national level
• Implement a plan to achieve brand sales targets within agreed expense budgets.
