Product Planning & Implementation
l Develops strategies/operating plans and POAs for designed products
l Ensure effective implementation of designed promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
Market Intelligence
l Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources(including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
Sales Forecasting
l Assesses and understands the competitive pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals that are aligned with the corporate objectives
Expense Management
l Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit targets
Relationship Management with Customers / Stakeholders including Partner Company
l Build positive relationships with key customers/stakeholders(opinion leaders)/Partner Company by understanding and managing their needs and expectations
l Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics
Work with Field Force
l Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budgets
Cross-fuctional Teamwork
l Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor grand strategies to achieve budgets

l Bachelor degree or above
l Preferably at least 4 years of experience at sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry or the related industry
l + 2 year of Respiratory/Allergy/ENT marketing experience is preferred
l Good interpersonal & communication skills
l Preferably fluency in spoken and written English
l Result orientation(ability to deliver on time and within budget)
