[Job Description]
1. Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution.
2. Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development.
3. Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.
4. Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.
5. Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
6. Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products, and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives.
7. Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
8. Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
9. Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals.
[Requirement]
1. Four-year college degree - Preferably in a Business or Science Discipline or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3-6 years related Sales and Marketing experience.
3. Preferred working experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
4. Good command of computer-based programs including spreadsheets and graphics.
5. Good command of English.
