[Regulatory Affairs]
- Ensuring that the company¡¯s products comply with the regulations for personal care products and industrial goods
- Keeping abroad of domestic/international legislation and guidelines and product specification change from corporate HQ
- Setting timelines for implementation of regulation changes/specification changes on business practices and renewal registration/approvals
- Undertaking and managing regulatory inspection from KFDA
- Executing self-inspection for every batch entered in accordance with cosmetic act
- Writing clear, accessible product labels in compliance with local regulation
- Providing feedback and advice to product manager on marketing contents and product information in the regulatory aspect
- Executing local clinical research with 3rd party institute for available marketing claims
- Assisting in the provision of technical information for customer queries
[Quality Control]
- Ensuring that the company¡¯s products are at our highest quality before they reach the customer
- Monitoring domestically manufactured/imported personal care products and industrial goods with each product specification and pre-determined quality standard
- Identifying inconsistencies and discovering their causes in cooperation with market staff and corporate QA/QC
- Reporting product quality issues and status to corporate QA/QC on a regular basis
- Providing strategic advice for product improvement to the regional product manager in corporate HQ
- Specifying storage, labeling and packaging requirements of products in distribution center
- Working with Consumer Protection to resolve customer complaints/claims related with product quality/safety |
