[Job description]
− Develop and implement Key Account strategically business plan to achieve Key Account objectives; sales target, market share, distribution, share of facing, etc.
− Develop and implement account specific promotion program together with customers and marketing agencies to lead the category and to ensure a competitive advantage.
− Develop and implement a key account information system; POS data analysis, market and competitor information, etc.
− Develop and execute annual customer business plan.
− Build-up strong relationship with the customers.
− Control and recommend a trade allowance and key account budget.
[Job requirement]
− Proven sales (& product listing) track record.
− Focused and result driven, customer-oriented, positive, outgoing, hands on experience.
− Good command of writing and speaking English.
− Excellent intercommunication with strong oral/written presentation and negotiation skill.
− Project management skills and cross-functional competence.
− Strong customer relationship building and alignment skills.
